Planning is not stable, not science, not be able to forecast all the demands, it will lead to many problems against land price. Thai Nguyen city is the gateway, traffic' hub and economic exchanges between the capital Ha Noi with the northern mountainous provinces. Thai Nguyen city is on track to take advantage and role in the planning process of urbanization, promoting economic development - society through the implementation of planned investment projects for urban development.
