 To gradually improved Vietnam legal system of electoral in the system of state power bodies elected by the people, especially in this context the eve of elections to the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels will take place in 2016
  This study aims to contribute for the completion of the provisions of the legislation ensure the right to vote and stand for election of citizens in the elected bodies in Vietnam. The main content includes: Regulation on the rights of citizens to stand for election
  Regulation on the structure and composition of the electoral elected bodies
  Construction implementation process and sanctions violate principles of election. This study has contributes to critical law and guarantee the people's right to mastery.
