Mode of professional exchanges under the lesson study model is widely used at Japanese schools. This method has been applied in many countries and at the first step in Vietnam and has proven to be its feasibility in the training and development of teachers' expertise competencies compared to other traditional methods. However, the change from the traditional habit SHCM into professional activities under the research unit also encountered many difficulties, especially the technical expertise to conduct activities. This article refers to the following research question: So how to implement the planned activities right technical expertise and efficiency?
