Until 2013, Russia had nearly recovered from the world financial crisis in 2008-2009 but its economy still exist several drawbacks including food trade deficit, growth based on oil and gas export and week bank system. In 2014, a challenge for Russia came when the United State and European Union countries imposed sanctions because Russia integrated Krym after the political crisis occurring in Ukraine and the dramatic decrease in oil price. In addition, capital flight and Central Bank of Russia's interventions impacted strongly on economy of Russia, particularly the exchange rate between ruble and US dollar which is an important factor with Russia macro economy in the open economy or international finance.
