Japan's Economic Diplomatic Policy had created a miraculous development of Japan in 60s, 70s of the 20th century. In order to deal with a pile of difficulties since the end of World War II, Japan had chosen the Economic Diplomatic Policy as a way to get out of that difficult situation. Making reparations was to approach and expand economic activities in the South East Asia as an effective measure to contribute to the success of the Economic Foreign Policy which Japan had taken. Sensitively and creatively economic thinking of Japan is a great lesson for other countries.
