Building the labour relations is a key issue for corporate management in Vietnam. It means a lot to economy, politics and society, and always gets the Government attention. The labour relations in corporates, especially in the FDI ones, currently haves many vital changes. However, those relations are still imperfect and unstable. The labour act is violated in many companies, and they are not properly solved which leads to labour disputes, strikes, making bad effects on the labour market and investment environment. This requires the Confederation of Labour to have changes in the working method in order to improve their effectiveness which could help to enhance the labour relations in the corporate, especially in the FDI ones.
