A prospective study was conducted on 29 patients diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke were treated at Bach Mai Hospital by mechanical thrombectomy using Solitaire stent from May 2012 to November 2014. There was no difference in gender (48.7 percent men and 51.3 percent women) with the mean age of 56.5 +/- 11.9 years. A mean time of procedure was 62.4 +/- 34.5 minutes.
