Choledochal cysts is a rare condition in Europe but more frequently seen in Asia. Its complications include: biliary tract infection, pancreatitis, liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension, intracystic hemorrhage and especially malignancy. Thus the diagnosis and early management played a crucial role in prevention of above-mentioned complications.
