Computers are increasingly being used in preparing teaching aids, including virtual experiments. However, virtual experiments that are appropriate for primary school lessons are rare. This article presents instructions on how to design a virtual experiment to be used in a 4th grade science lesson about sound. The authors also analyze its advantage as teaching material compared to other virtual experiments. In this experiment, script writing as well as graphics and motional design are well-chosen to suit Vietnamese students' bio-psychological features and living conditions.
