Tóm tắt

In this paper the authors analyze the lack of Ho Chi Minh Thought among members of the current police force with reference to the six things that Uncle Ho believed should be learned by the People's police. Three of the six things are diligence, thrift, honesty and righteousness. The authors analyzed the morality the People's police in terms of achievements and limitations, and the authors propose measures that might improve the morality of police personnel.
