The purpose of this study is to estimate the impact of various factors on student satisfaction with their educational management major at NIEM. This study surveyed 183 educational management (EM) major students using the Luvin formula. This study shows the influence of the design of learning content and lecturer characteristics, learning instruments, science research, activities, and major on students' satisfaction with their EM major. This study confirmed that most factors have a positive influence on student satisfaction with their major.
