Assessment is the important part of the teaching process and assessment results can affect the content and the method of teaching mathematics. Mathematics teachers need not only specialist knowledge but also the ability to assess their students comprehensively. Young teachers often have difficulties in the teaching process. They lack experience and they feel that they are under pressure. This paper focuses on ways to carry out assessments as learning that study groups helped young teachers and gives them some advices to implement measures effectively.
