Tóm tắt

The paper looks at the lack of math problems and exercises in current Vietnamese mathematics syllabuses that could be associated with any real situation. A reasonable process for making mathematics teaching more practical is proposed. Some examples are given. In conclusion, it is thought that the practical problems in the University-College entrance exam are adequate.
