After analyzing the forms of professional teachers meetings (PTM) and concepts and stages of "lesson study", the authors refer to a form of PTM based on "lesson study" which focuses on strengthening primary school teacher capacity. This article also describes the process and the way to organize PTM based on "lesson study" in Vietnamese primary schools to improve the effectiveness of self-learning and self-training activities of primary school teachers.
