With the policy analysis "pivot" toward Southeast Asia, the generalized aggregation policies set of US forces in Southeast Asia. From these assessments, the article points out .the benefits leading to enhanced aggregation US forces to Southeast Asia, the answer to the research question: "What causes the US to promote conducted forces in Southeast Asia? How policy sets of US forces in Southeast Asia had an impact on the countries in the region?" Based on that will help predict the impact of the policy of the American forces to Vietnam in the second term of President B. Obama.
