Objective: Describe the clinical features and sites of origin of idiopathic right PVCs/VTs in patients successfully treated by RF. Subject and Method: a cross sectional study was carried out on 107 patients with right idiopathic PVCs/VTs who were successfully treated by RF. Result: The mean age of 107 patients was 47.68 +/- 13.1 years, women (63.55 percent) were more than men (36.45 percent). The common presentation of most patients was palpitation (57.94 percent), anxiety (13.08 percent), breathless (23.36 percent), chest pain (44.86 percent), fint (3.74 percent) and syncope (1.87 percent), 3.74 percent had significant signs of heart failure. The duration of initial symptoms was 3.14 +/- 4.33 years. PVCs/VTs from RVOT were 95.33 percent and others sites were 4.67 percent
from RVOT septum were 72.55 percent and from RVOT free-wall were 27.45 percent
from RVOT superior wall were 73.53 percent and from posterior wall were 26.47 percent
from proximal RVOT sites were 51.96 percent and from distal RVOT sites were 48.04 percent. Conclusion: The common presentation of patients with right idiopathic PVCs/VTs were palpitation and chest pain. Most of idiopathic PVCs/VTs were from RVOT, majority were from RVOT septum and RVOT anterior wall, PVCs/VTs from proximal and distal RVOT sites were equivalent.
