 Objectives: to evaluate the rates of ear nose throat (ENT) diseases in Mong minority people. Methods: Cross- sectional study conducted on 2486 peoples in Meo Vac district, Ha Giang province, in 2014. Results: The rate of ENT diseases in Mong minority people is 78.8 percent as follow: Ear 16.9 percent
  Nose 31.7 percent
  Throat 59.7 percent
  simple ENT diseases 64.2 percent, combinative ENT diseases 35.8 percent. ENT diseases in Mong minority children of 1 to 5 years old is highest.
