Oral cancer of the buccal mucosa and retromolar trigone is the most common malignancy of the head and neck region. Nowadays, the treatment of choice in over the world is to completely remove the primary tumor in combination with chemoradiotherapy. Free flap transfers playa dominant role in head and neck reconstruction, especially in oral defects coverage. The aim of this paper is to evaluate the primary results of combined surgeries between ENT doctors and plastic surgeons for reconstruction post tumor resection defects at Viet Duc hospital.
