Objective: To assess the effectiveness of treatment regimes in patients with swallowing problems GERD. Material method: Prospective, randomized, controlled clinical study. 78 patients aged 17 to 82, regardless of gender, have expressed difficulty swallowing lasted at least one month, not by sinusitis and tonsillitis, treated with regimens GERD as follows: User mode Clarithromycin 500 mg 2 times per day orally one tablet, esomeprazole 40 mg 2 times per day drink 1 capsule, 2 times a day orally Elthon 1 capsule during 8 consecutive weeks, simultaneously require high patient lying head, sending sour, carbonated water, eat evening kg, reduced weight if obese, patient follow-up every week, nasopharyngeal endoscopy test and answer sheet evaluation. Results: The proportion of patients with resolution of symptoms after 8 weeks of treatment was 80 percent. Symptoms slow, after 4 weeks only 20 percent of patients are asymptomatic. Conclusion: In addition to the problems caused by swallowing case tonsillitis, chronic sinusitis, or long bone brooch, swallowing problems can be prolonged treatment regimen used for GERD response rate of 80 percent on the week 8th treatment.
