The present study was aimed to investigate the chemical composition of Artemia and antioxidant activity of Artemia Protein Hydrolysates (APH). The results showed that the Artemia biomass contains approximately 8.13 percent protein, 3.77 percent lipid and 85.92 percent water. APH had the highest DPPH scavenging activity after 5h autolysis and total reducing power after 4h autolysis at 50oC.
