This study applied the theory TPB to explain the motivation to buy wooden children toys under the impact of these factors: positive attitude, perceived risk, moral obligation, expectation of success children in the future, feel social behavior, knowledge, habits and shopping conditions. This study was performed on 300 votes convenience sample of households in Nha Trang, use regression analysis method to evaluate the fit of the model, testing relationships, reliability and the value of the scale. The result shows the fit of the model was 23 percent and empirically supported relationships proposed hypothesis. Except factors positive attitude, moral obligation and expectations no statistical significance, the remaining five factors are significant, in the sense that perceived risk factors have a negative effect, other factors have a positive impact to the purchase motivation.
