This study determined factors that influenced to lecturer's job satisfaction of Central University of Construction, Phu Yen province. Research model and construct scales were built basing on the theory of job satisfaction, the results of qualitative analysis with 10 faculty members working for some schools in the province. A questionnaire was built and adjusted for formal interviews. The study revealed 40 items underlying 8 factors: (1) Work nature, (2) Work environment, (3) Advancement Opportunities, (4) Salary, (5) Leadership, (6) Co-worker relations, (7) Job performance evaluation, and (8) Information. Based on that model, the results of quantitative analysis showed that there are five factors affecting job satisfaction including: (1) Information, (2) Salary, (3) Job performance evaluation, (4) Work environment, and (5) Leadership.
