This study aims to assess the level of customer satisfaction about tourist island of Sanest Tourist services center, in addition, the study also derive many solutinons in orders to enhance tourists satisfaction level and furthermore, to develop the services more effectively. The data were collected from 317 respondents and were processed in the statistical software SPSS. The results of the study show that there are eight factors effect positively to the customer satisfaction: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible, the image of company brand, perceived price and resource travel.
