This study uses the theory of TRA and TPB to explain intention to use ATM card under the influences of attitude ATM cards, health care and family expectations, perceived risks, knowledge on ATMs, cash usage habits and social support. In addition, the study also uses TAM model in explaining the intention to use the ATM card in the context of receiving pension of retired officers. Based on a convenient sample of 254 retired officers in Nha Trang city, SPSS was used to evaluate the fit of the model, the reliability and validity of the scale and tested relationships. The results show a good fit with the data and support the proposed hypotheses. Except for the non-significant effects of habit of using cash, health care and family expectations, the remaining factors are statistically significant, in which perceived risks have a negative effect, while other factors all positively affect intention to use an ATM card. From the findings, managerial implications were proposed.
