This research aims to figure out the factors impact on the commitments of the officers to the State agencies in Khanh Hoa Province. The paper applies theories of organization commitment for its conceptual framework. A survey of 200 officers working at State agencies was conducted. Cronbach alpha and factor analysis were applied to test the reliability of the measurements and extract the latent constructs. A model regress six independent variables to commit variables was estimated. Four out of six factors were reported to impact significantly at 5 percent level on the organization commitment. The paper then provides several suggestions to the state organization on how to retain the officers.
