This study aims to analyze the factors affecting satisfaction boarding - student at Nha Trang University by using the theory of services and service quality are applied in service quality boarding through surveys of 600 students in the dorm areas vary from 3/2012 to 7/2012. The study results showed that six factors in the study are all six factors influence the significant statistic on satisfaction boarding - student, including: Reliability

Attitude enthusiasm, empathy
Assurance
Perceived cost and Tangibles. Levels of factors explain this to the satisfaction of boarding - student in Nha Trang University is 85.6 percent. On this basis, the study proposes some specific measures to improve the quality boarding for those students.
