This research is carried out in order to determine the most suitable type, content of aphrodisiac factor in artificial reproduction of Climbing perch (Anabas testudineus) in Nam Dinh province. The experiment was placed in 18 cement tanks with 2.7 m3 volume. The method used in the experiment was absolutely random with repeating 3 times, which is applied for 2 types of aphrodisiac LHRH & HCG. On the one hand, LHRH was used in 3 treatment with 50 ug/kg, 70 ug/kg
90 ug/kg aphrodisiac dosage. On the other hand, HCG was used in 3 other treatments with 2.000 UI/kg, 3.000 UI/kg, 4.000 UI/kg. After closely monitoring the ratio of fishes reproducing, time affecting, useful fercundity, insemination rate, hatchability rate, the authors analyse the figure and find out the appropriate dosage of LHRHa and HCG for artificial reproducing. According to the result of experiment, to LHRHa, the aphrodisiac dosage with 70 ug/kg is the most suitable, and to HCG, the aphrodisiac dosage with 2.000 UI/kg is the fittest one to artificially reproduce Climbing perch. (Anabas testudineus) in Nam Dinh province.
