This study tests the effects of job characteristics, wage and bonus, Personal competence, Gold appropriate, Empowerment, Organization supports, Training opportunity and promotion and organizational brand on employees' commitment to B1DV - Khanh Hoa Branch. Based on a data set of 156 employees, the analytical results show that the model is well fit with the data, the measurement scales are highly reliability and valid. Except for non-significant effects of Empowerment and job characteristics, wage and bonus, the rest of variables have a positive effect on employees' commitment. Based on the findings, applied implications to increase Employees' commitment are suggested.
