 The article summaries the method, result on calculating the stability and it also evaluates the capacity of standing wind and wave of fishing vessels with net and four cranes in Nghe An province in the factual condition of exploitation. The research result on 4 samples of local fishing vessels helps me determine some kinds of vessel
  which can be confronted with the strongest wind and wave as well as dangerous situation of loading. The result also allows me to define the value of suitable stability standard in order to supplement to the norm/ regulation for this kind of vessel in the area.
