This study aimed to clarify the effect of organizational culture influence employee commitment to the Nha Trang Seafoods - F17 Company. The study was carried out using of the qualitative research and quantitative research. The thesis was developed on the model of Recardo and Jolly (1997) with eight elements of organizational culture including company's internal communication

orientation and plan for future development
fairness and consistency in administrative policies
the efficiency of decision making, which causes impacts on attachment of the staff. Research results indicate model explains 60.9 percent of the variation commitment. There are jive factors, a positive impact on employee commitment to the company: communication

the efficiency of decision making. Companies need to consider the training policy, improve the cultural to enhance attachment of the staff.
