The purpose of the study is to find methods to improve the quality of training as well as the competitiveness of Binh Thuan Community College. Results indicate that there are 08 factors affecting the knowledge gained by students at the school which are arranged in an order of decreasing impact: Thinking and evaluating results in learning, planning and self-study, organizing courses, teaching skills, competition in learning, impression about school, motivation and determination in learning, classroom interaction.
