Survey was conducted on 45 clinical diagnosis cases caused by meningococcus at Military Hospitals and on 946 soldiers in units in North area from 2008 to 2014. Result: There are 29 cases which caused by meningococcus following serogroups as: B (25 cases), C (1 case), W135 (2 cases) and 01 case is not identified. Death rate 5/29 case = 17 percent, caused by serogroup B (4 cases) and 01 case is not identified. Cases scattered occur all year round, and focus in February and March. General rate of carriers is 29 percent. In which, internal epidemic is 32.64 percent, external epidemic is 26 percent: in training course is 16.4 percent, after training course 'is 32 percent. The rate of carriers' pathogenic serogroups is 92 percent, in which internal epidemic is 100 percent external epidemic is 84 percent: in training course is 53 percent, after training course is 94.2 percent. Serogroup's structure on carrier is included: serogroup B (83 percent), serogroup C (10 percent), serogroup W135 (1 percent) and serogroup which is not identified (6 percent).
