Tóm tắt

The study aims at describing current status of food safety at production bases in Thai Binh city, Thai Binh province. The descriptive cross-sectional study with analysis performed from February 2014 to May 2014 and researched on 31 production bases. The results showed that 32.6 percent of production bases have had the certificate of fully condition of food status, whereas 83.9 percent of production bases have been built far away polluted area. 100 percent of the production bases have used tap water. The production bases meeting the demand of equipments and processing tools reached 54.8 percent.
