The article published research findings on the status of the management of primary school management training activities at different training facilities in the following provinces: Hanoi, Phu Tho, Ho Chi Minh City. In those provinces, the management teams and faculty staff were considered qualified, and their management skills were considered average. Research on the status of training management for primary schools sets the practical basis for making new management proposals jor the current period. This will also help improve and reform the training management in general, as well as management training for primary schools in particular, in order to increase efficiency and meet students' needs as well as educational reforms requirements.
