Given recent leverage of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) as a potent vaccination platform, we investigated whether forced degradation of an expressed experimental antigen fused to small degron sequences could prime potent antitumoral responses. Retrovirally gene-engineered MSCs were evaluated for their
