Sexual orientation and gender diverse (SOGD) adults report disproportionately higher rates of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). However, examination of PTSD's new E2 criterion (i.e., posttrauma reckless and self-destructive behaviors [RSDBs]) has yet to be investigated among SOGD adults.
