In the management of modern hospitals, secondary warehouses, which serve as transfer points for materials, significantly impact the normal progress of medical activities and the doctor-patient relationship. By employing the Activity-Based Classification (ABC) method used in economics, combined with statistical techniques, the circulation of materials in secondary warehouses can be optimized. In addition, the application of 6S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke, Safety) management method, commonly used in enterprise management, to the storage and management of medical materials can ensure storage safety and circulation efficiency. Enhancing the scientific management level of the warehouse can ensure well-organized medical activities within the hospital.
