Macroporous resin was used to enrich flavonoids in the ethyl acetate extract of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz. Based on a single factor experiment, the enrichment process was optimized using the response surface method. The optimal parameters of the enrichment process were a sample concentration of 0.3 mg/mL, a loading rate of 1 mL/min, an elution flow rate of 2 mL/min, and a total flavonoid content of 155.38±0.97 mg/g.
