INTRODUCTION: Neurodevelopmental disorder with dysmorphic facies and distal skeletal anomalies (NEDDFSA) is a recently described syndromic disease linked to METHODS: Genetic testing performed on a large panel revealed a likely pathogenic RESULTS: The most common ophthalmic finding was ptosis (35%).
