Diabetic wounds are therapeutically challenging because of the complex and adverse microenvironment that impedes healing. Unlike conventional wound dressings, hydrogels provide antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and repair-promoting functions. In this study, we developed a light-responsive and injectable chitosan methacryloyl (CSMA) hydrogel, incorporating soy isoflavones (SIs) and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs).
