Non-vital teeth discolouration is a common aesthetic issue often treated with intracoronal bleaching, a minimally invasive technique that preserves tooth structure and is more cost-effective than full-coverage restorations. This study reports the effective use of intracoronal bleaching using the hybrid technique for discoloured non-vital endodontically treated teeth, with a good prognosis and no side effects. The treatment plan included intracoronal and extracoronal bleaching for the non-vital tooth and vital bleaching for other teeth. The dental procedure involved a full smile, shade matching, tooth isolation and gingival protection. The patient was given a temporary entrance filling dressing using glass ionomer cement then was recalled for evaluation after a week. The patient achieved an A1 shade in the bleached teeth. The patient was then given a calcium hydroxide base and intermediate restorative material entrance filling. The patient was satisfied with the results, with a marked improvement in tooth colour.
