Tuberous sclerosis complex is a rare neurocutaneous genetic disorder that can affect multiple organ systems including the skin, eyes, brain, kidneys, heart, and lungs. Herein, we report 18 F-FDG PET/CT findings of brain and skin lesions, bilateral renal angiomyolipomas, and pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis in a patient with tuberous sclerosis complex.
