AIMS: Omega-3 ( METHODS: Sample preparative process consisted of non-derivatized alkali hydrolyzing and liquid-liquid extraction followed by reconstituting after being blown dry with nitrogen, and the total chromatographic run time was only 5.6 min. RESULTS: The LC-MS/MS method was validated according to current national and international guidelines. Acceptable reproducibility and accuracy were shown based on the intra-day precision was 1.79%-7.02%, the inter-day precision was 0.01%-5.63%, and the accuracy was 87.42%-102.78%.
