Hypnosis has been around for a long time, and is now accepted as a mind-body practice that complements the treatment process. Within our hospital structure, we have set up hypnosis sessions for hospital staff. These "times for oneself" enable patients to mobilize their internal resources. These practices help to legitimize hypnosis as a complementary form of nursing care.
