Bài viết phân tích một số quy định về cán bộ, công chức cấp xã, qua đó chỉ ra một số hạn chế, vướng mắc trong thực tiễn tổ chức thực hiện các quy định này, đồng thời đề xuất một số kiến nghị nhằm thực hiện thống nhất việc xác định cán bộ cấp xã, chế độ tiền lương đối với cán bộ cấp xã và vấn đề về tiếp nhận vào làm công chức cấp xã. Qua kết quả phân tích, tác giả đưa ra một số đề xuất, kiến nghị nhằm góp phần hoàn thiện pháp luật về cán bộ, công chức cấp xã.This paper analyzed the current regulations on commune-level civil servants and pointed out some problems with the enforcement of these regulations. Based on the paper’s findings, some recommendations were made to uniformly determine commune-level public officials and solve issues about their recruitment and salaries. This paper is expected to contribute to improving regulations relating to commune-level civil servants.
