Science and technology development is identified as one of Vietnam's most important national policies. The Government of Vietnam has enacted laws to regulate investment incentives for science and technology enterprises. However, science and technology enterprises still face many difficulties in accessing the government’s investment incentives. This paper analyzed current regulations on investment incentives for science and technology enterprises and pointed out some inadequacies and limitations of these regulations. Based on the paper’s findings, some solutions were proposed to improve the effectiveness of regulations on investment incentives for science and technology enterprises.Việt Nam xác định phát triển khoa học và công nghệ là một trong những quốc sách quan trọng hàng đầu và đã ban hành pháp luật để quy định về ưu đãi đầu tư đối với doanh nghiệp khoa học và công nghệ. Tuy nhiên, việc tiếp cận các ưu đãi đầu tư của doanh nghiệp khoa học và công nghệ còn gặp rất nhiều khó khăn. Bài viết phân tích các quy định của pháp luật về ưu đãi đầu tư đối với doanh nghiệp khoa học và công nghệ
từ đó chỉ ra một số bất cập, hạn chế của quy định này và kiến nghị hoàn thiện pháp luật về ưu đãi đầu tư đối với doanh nghiệp khoa học và công nghệ.
