Six undescribed trichophthalides A-F (1-6) and a known phthalide derivative (7) were isolated from Ganoderma lucidum-derived endophytic Trichoderma sp. GLQ02. Among them, meroterpenoids 1, 3, 4, 6, and 7 possessed an independent isoprenyl unit with varying degrees of oxidation. The structures and absolute configurations of these substances were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data, ECD and DP4+ calculations. Finally, compounds 1, 5, and 7 exhibited relatively weak abilities to inhibit the production of NO in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7cells at a concentration of 60 μM.
